About Fortune Garden

Fortune Garden

A Jilin kitchen in the heart of Chinatown, Singapore.

We opened Fortune Garden in 2021 with a single, stubborn idea: that 东北菜, Northeastern Chinese home cooking, deserves a proper table in Singapore.

Our team is from Jilin, in China’s Northeast — the region of hearty stews, slow-braised pork, and the famous 锅包肉 (sweet & vinegar pork cutlets). We brought the techniques we grew up cooking and the ingredients we trust, then adapted them to what is available in Singapore.

Today we cover the full Northeastern canon: cold appetisers like 凉皮, mains like 红烧肉 and 锅包肉, hand-folded 水饺, plus Sichuanese staples and weekend dim sum. Generous sharing plates, family-style portions, and warm service.

The reviews you read on Google are written by the people who actually walked in and ate. We are proud to hold a 4.8-star average across more than 1,600 reviews.
